Dave Demaray
With over 30 years in the construction industry Dave has an extensive background in cost estimating, project management and leadership both on the General Contractor and Owner’s Representative sides. Most of his time has been dedicated to Preconstruction and Cost Estimating. Motivated to optimize systems and processes using technology to allow teams to be as efficient as possible, while maintaining high standards.
In his free time, he enjoys surfing, biking, the mountains, and family time.
Dave has a General Contractors License and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
