Johnno Surdam
Johnno has spent the last 16 years in the building industry, cultivating a passion for the built environment – specifically, merging design with progressive building practices. Johnno’s formative career with the nation’s oldest and largest builder, Turner Construction Company, set an occupational foundation, evident in his ability to lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of multiple projects from pre construction through closeout. Over the last decade, Johnno has leveraged his industry experience to manage the world’s best design firms and contractors to deliver high-end residential projects in properties in Napa, San Francisco, and Tahoe, California; Hawaii, Montana, Wyoming, and Nicaragua.
In his free time, Johnno gets outside as much as possible – surfing, skiing, biking, and spending time with friends and family.
Johnno has a MBA from Presidio Graduate School (San Francisco, CA) and a BSBA from the University of Denver.
